Scarron (スカロン) is the owner of the tavern Charming Fairy Inn and the father of Jessica.

Scarron is the father of Jessica and the uncle of Siesta; he descended from a Japanese pilot.

Plot

Academy Summer Vacation

Desperate and hopeless with no money in the middle of their undercover mission, Louise de la Vallière and Saito Hiraga are encountered by Scarron, owner of the Charming Fairy Inn. He invites them to the place to stay in the condition that Louise, because of her beautiful appearance, works as a waitress in the tavern.

At the inn, Scarron introduces Louise to the rest of the waitresses as Saito meets Jessica and enlists his help to clean the dishes. Scarron commences the annual tip race, where the fairy (waitress) who earns the most tip in total gets to wear the Charming Fairy bustier that may help the winner earn more. Louise sees this as an opportunity to increase their money.

Later, when Chelenne arrives at the tavern, Scarron welcomes him, but subtly wishes him to leave due to the unavailability of the place. In the end, Chelenne forces the other customers to exit the place. Ultimately, Chelenne leaves a huge amount of money to Louise after the latter catches him in action of oppressing plebeians as warranted by the Palace. Consequently, Scarron announces Louise as winner of the tip race.
